Return merchandise authorization
To obtain warranty service, a Product Return Request (PRR) must be requested by the original purchaser. To make such request, please fill in the form bellow with the details of your request.
Vibets may require you to provide proof of purchase and/or comply with other requirements before performing warranty service. You must deliver the Product to us, in either its original packaging, or packaging providing an equal degree of protection to the address Vibets will provide to you.
The return authorization number provided must be included along with your returned product.
Furthermore, it is your responsibility to backup any data and other stored materials preserved on the product prior to sending it to Vibets.
Note: Vibets will not be responsible for any losses, such as user data, software, or other materials that are reformatted during warranty service.
